My Approach

My work is grounded in a deep understanding of how trauma shapes identity, relationships, and emotional patterns.

I integrate EMDR, clinical hypnotherapy, CBT, psychodynamic therapy and schema therapy to support lasting, embodied change, working with both the mind and the nervous system.


Rather than relying on surface-level strategies or lengthy talk therapy alone, I focus on helping clients process the root of their distress safely and effectively. This means working with underlying emotional memories and long-standing patterns that often trace back to early experiences of trauma, neglect, or emotional disconnection.

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and emotionally attuned.

I create a therapeutic space that is calm, non-judgemental, and collaborative. One where clients can explore difficult material at their own pace, without pressure or shame. Genuine human connection, safety, and respect form the foundation of all therapeutic work I do.


As someone who has navigated personal experiences of trauma, migrating to Australia, and being part of the LGBTQIA+ community, I bring empathy and understanding that goes beyond textbook knowledge.


Healing is not about fixing what is  broken, it is  about reconnecting with parts of the self that have been silenced, and building the capacity to live with more clarity, self-trust, and authenticity. My role is to walk alongside my clients as they reclaim that path for themselves.

Psychodynamic Therapy

A gentle, open-ended process where you are supported to speak freely, reflect honestly, and grow in understanding of your inner world.

Schema Therapy

A powerful approach that helps you understand and heal deeper patterns so you can feel more confident, secure, and connected in your life and relationships.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing

A unique therapy that uses gentle, guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to help your brain process and integrate painful memories and emotions.

Hypnotherapy

A relaxed and focused state of mind where your mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and new perspectives that can support healing, growth and change.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

A structured psychological approach that focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and behaviours.
